This Package is priced specifically for the
Malibu West Beach Club. Each vendor is
working in harmony on your wedding day.
The all-inclusive price is $15,00[50 ppl additonal guests will be $110 pp]
3 payment installments accepted. The remaining balance is due 60
days prior to the event date. Tax and gratuity not included.

Owner Carrie has been with the beach club for
over 4 years now. She smoothly transforms the
club into a dream come true for so many couples.
Her eye for modern and elegant beauty is
incredible. She will work with you one on one with your all color, flowers and décor choices.
COORDINATION – HELEN HENING
Owner of withGraceproductions, Helen has
planned, designed, and coordinated many of the
events at the beach club. She is there to help with
all the ‘Extra’s’ from day one. She works with you
to bring together all the details.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
Q: What time can we arrive at the
beach club? And how late can we stay?
A: Bridal party and family may arrive
no earlier than 3:00pm with guests
arriving no earlier than 4:00pm. The
event has to be over by 11:00pm with
an hour for the vendors to breakdown.
Q: What if I have another vendor already booked? Or another vendor in
mind?
A: We have worked with these specific
vendors on the price and flexibility to
give the best offer you can find. We are
however willing to work with you as
best we can to accommodate all your
needs. Please inquire regarding any
changes.
Q: What if I have more than 50
people?
A: We have quoted this package for a
max of 55 people. Anything over 55
will be accounted for in our ‘Cost per
person’ the price will increase in 10
person increments.
Q: What if there are more things I
want to have on my day, that you do
not offer in the package?
A: Our Coordinator is here to help you
with everything you could ever want.
We have many additional options at
additional costs available.
